As the orientation layer, the polyimide film is made by dipping, spin coating, or printing, coating the PA solution on the glass surface, and curing it at high temperatures.

The polyimide film is used as the orientation layer, with a lower curing temperature and a higher glass transition temperature. A relatively uniform film thickness can be obtained, the pretilt angle of the liquid crystal molecules is well controlled, the alignment and alignment are good, and the ITO glass substrate has the characteristics of firm adhesion and good chemical stability.
